These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are referred to as the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Nest Global Co., Ltd. Article 2 (User Registration)

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Article 4 (Purchase Contract)

  3. The payment method, delivery method, cancellation method of purchase application, and return method for this service shall be determined by the Company.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other contents (hereinafter referred to as "Contents") provided by the Service belong to the Company, the Contents providers, and other legitimate right holders, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of the Contents without permission.

Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not commit any of the following acts when using this service.

  4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks.

  9. Act of impersonating another user.

Article 7 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

Article 8 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

  1. The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Service to the User or cancel the User's registration without prior notice in any of the following cases.
    1. If the user violates any of the provisions of this agreement.

    3. In the event that the credit card registered by the user as a means of payment is suspended.

Article 9 (Withdrawal from membership)

The user may withdraw from this service by following the prescribed withdrawal procedures.

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer)

The Company does not warrant that the Service will be free from defects in fact or in law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.). Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In addition, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Service.
  2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
